Returns & Exchanges

ONLINE RETURNS: Knick Knack Paddywhack will accept merchandise in its original un-used condition for a refund/exchange within 14 days from date of delivery. Any custom products are non-returnable or non-exchangeable and the order cannot be withdrawn or cancelled for any reason. Due to the nature of the product we will not refund or exchange chewed or worn products.

You are responsible for the shipping cost of the return. Please make sure the product is in its original un-used condition before shipping it back, include your original sales receipt or order number in the box and note that this is a “return.” Mail to Knick Knack Paddywhack 481 Queen St E, Toronto ON M5A 1T9.

IN-STORE PURCHASES: Gear purchased at one of our physical stores can be returned for instore credit. Store credit is non-refundable.

RETAIL PARTNER RETURNS: Gear purchased through one of our retail partners is subject to their return policy and must be returned or exchanged through their store.

EXCHANGE: Please be sure to measure carefully. You are responsible for the shipping cost of the return AND the cost to ship the new item back to you. Please make sure the product is in its original un-used condition before shipping it back, include your order number in the box and note that this is a “exchange.” Mail to Knick Knack Paddywhack 481 Queen St E, Toronto ON M5A 1T9.

Please note that placing a secondary order before we've received your exchange is still considered an exchange, and the above mentioned secondary shipping costs apply. Once we receive the old item we'll issue you a refund minus the secondary shipping costs. 

SALES ITEMS & CUSTOM ORDERS: All sale items & customer orders are FINAL SALE (non-returnable and non-refundable) unless otherwise noted on the terms of the promotion. Discount is not valid on previous purchases, purchases made outside of the promotion period, or on any custom or bespoke orders. Promotions cannot be combined with other offers unless otherwise stated in the terms of the promotion. For international orders, additional taxes and duties may apply.

DEFECTIVE GEAR: If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact woof@knickknackpaddywhack.com within 5 business days of date of delivery in order to request a replacement item.

Knick Knack Paddywhack Dog Boutique Inc. will undergo the necessary steps in order to deem the item defective or if in fact it is the natural wear and tear of the product.

Knick Knack Paddywhack Dog Boutique Inc. reserves the right to refuse returned products that have been chewed, worn, or altered in any way. All packages for return/repair must be fully insured. 

Knick Knack Paddywhack Dog Boutique Inc. will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. Bulk orders cannot be cancelled and will be charged a 20% cancellation fee
