Shipping

All shipping fees are not returnable or adjustable. All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation, insurance, and/or tracking. Once an order ships from Knick Knack Paddywhack Dog Boutique Inc, we no longer are responsible for the status of the package, rather it is the carrier’s liability for tracking and delivery time.

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday from Toronto, ON. Though we aim to get your order to you as soon as possible processing can take up to 5 business days. Your tracking number will be automatically e-mailed to to you upon fulfillment of your order. We're not responsible for any shipping delays that may be encountered while in transit. Customs and duties are the customer's responsibility.

Please be sure to double check your shipping address as Knick Knack Paddywhack does not cover secondary shipping costs.

CANADA:  Free shipping on all orders $65 or more. Additional shipping choices with tracking are subject to standard shipping costs. Expected delivery time is 4-8 business days reliant on Canada Post shipping.

USA: Free shipping on orders over $65 or more.  Additional shipping choices with tracking are subject to standard shipping costs. To calculate the shipping cost, please add the product to the shopping cart where you can choose your exact location and shipping method. Expected delivery time 5-10 business days reliant on Canada Post shipping and customs.

To track your package, please reference the shipping confirmation e-mail that was sent to the e-mail address you provided. If your package appears to be lost in transit, please first contact the mail service provider with the tracking information and email us at woof@knickknackpaddywhack.com.  

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: The customer is responsible for any additional duties and taxes that may apply based on the country's laws and regulations. First Class International mail does not include tracking or insurance, so in the event that the package is lost or stolen, we cannot guarantee there will be any compensation or replacement product available.

CUSTOM ORDERS: The sale of any Knick Knack Paddywhack Dog Boutique Inc. Custom Shop and/or Bespoke product(s), along with any product with modifications or customization are non-returnable, non-refundable, or non-exchangeable and the order cannot be withdrawn or cancelled for any reason.

Knick Knack Paddywhack Dog Boutique Inc. will remain the sole owner of all rights in and to the product(s) including but not limited to drawings, designs, prototypes, chalkboard sketches, and final products created. In the event that any Intellectual Property is created,

Knick Knack Paddywhack Dog Boutique Inc. will be deemed the sole author and shall be entitled to the all copyright therein.
